Reopening Policies

• Doors and windows will be opened for ventilation
• All staff members are required to wear masks, check their temperatures, and fill out a survey before their shift
• Students must wear masks while waiting in line and when in the lobby
• Masks are recommended, but not required, inside the gym area
• Students are highly encouraged to bring their own labeled water bottles to keep with them during class
• We will not be supplying community water cups
• Liquid chalk will be provided and supplied by instructors only
• All surfaces in the lobby and restrooms as well as any used equipment will be cleaned and sanitized before and after every class

Check-in Procedures

• Students will be checked in for class outside by a staff member
• Students will wait in line outside (6 ft apart) until 5 minutes before class starts
• Students will be given hand sanitizer prior to entering the facility
• Students will have their temperature checked (must have temperature below 100.6 and no visible symptoms)
• Anyone with fever or symptoms will be turned away
• Student reservations will be confirmed prior to entering the facility
• New waiver must be filled out (recommended to fill out before arrival)
• Upon check-in, students are sent directly into the gym for socially distanced warm-ups to limit lobby exposure
• Parents may wait in their cars, as only students may be in the facility during classes

Checkout Procedures

• Students will be checked out after class by a staff member
• Students will be given hand sanitizer immediately after class
• Parents should be ready to pick up their student(s) approximately 5 minutes before class ends
• Parents may come to the door to pick students up
• Students will be kept socially distanced inside the gym while waiting for parents
